Saigon Express Tasmania was proudly featured across social media following the official opening of our Hobart CBD location near the corner of Liverpool and Elizabeth Streets.

Recognised as one of Tasmania’s Vietnamese food pioneers, Saigon Express brings together more than 250 authentic and modern menu options, from fresh rice paper rolls and aromatic noodle soups to bánh mì, bao buns and Vietnamese-inspired comfort food.

The opening marked another exciting chapter for Saigon Express, making our vibrant Vietnamese flavours more accessible to Hobart city workers, local residents and visitors.
