Iced lemon tea (trà chanh) is a beloved staple of modern urban beverage culture across Vietnam and Australia. Combining the robust, deep character of freshly brewed black tea with the bright, sharp acidity of freshly squeezed local lemons, this beverage offers an incredibly refreshing contrast that effortlessly cuts through the rich or fried profiles of classic street food and burger menus.
