Spicy Veggie and Tofu Bún Bò Huế is inspired by the deep-rooted tradition of 'Bún Bò Chay' in Central Vietnamese Buddhist cuisine. Prepared extensively in Hue and Saigon on lunar calendar days, this plant-based adaptation completely omits animal products while maintaining the legendary depth, fiery spice, and citrus aromatic profile of lemongrass.
Contains soy (tofu, vegetarian sauce). Thick rice vermicelli noodles are naturally gluten-free, but check for cross-contamination risks. Prepared in a kitchen that also handles peanuts, wheat, egg, dairy, fish sauce, shellfish, and sesame.
