The 'Saigon Express Fried Rice' represents a signature adaptation of southern Vietnamese house-style fried rice (cơm chiên thập cẩm). Combining a rustic blend of premium land and sea proteins—tender beef, fresh shrimp, and sweet, savory cured Chinese sausage—this dish is flash-fried in a roaring wok to impart 'wok-hei' (breath of the wok), offering a classic, complex comfort food combination celebrated across bustling street diners.
Contains crustacea (king prawns), gluten and soy (light soy sauce seasoning), egg (scrambled hen eggs), and fish (fish sauce). Prepared in a commercial kitchen environment that also handles peanuts, sesame, and dairy.
Best enjoyed immediately while piping hot and fluffily tender. Leftovers should be transferred to an airtight container and kept refrigerated for up to 24 hours due to the inclusion of mixed seafood and meat components.
