This street-style bao combines the fluffy, Taiwanese-inspired folded bun with traditional Vietnamese 'gà xào sả' flavours. Lemongrass is prized in Vietnamese cuisine for its clean, citrusy aroma, providing a vibrant profile that beautifully complements tender chicken and sweet-savoury house sauces.
